Life in the Spirit

This is a phrase I never understood or truly believed every time I read it. However, I am now convinced it is the ultimate fundamental to living a happy, sober life. This blog is my attempt to document and stay close and grounded to this principle, to the glory of my Higher Power and how He can help others.
